CANCELLATION, REPLACEMENT & REFUNDS POLICY

Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We stand by the quality of our products and offer a comprehensive money- back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you find any manufacturing quality issues with the product you have purchased, please notify us via email,including pictures, within 24 hours of delivery. Upon verification by our team,if the issue is confirmed as a quality concern, you are eligible for either a replacement or a full reimbursement which will be made to the source of the payment made by the customer.

To facilitate a smooth return process, we require the returned product to be sent back to us within 6 days, in the same condition it was received, along with the original purchase bills. Please note that after the 6-day period,eligibility for a replacement or refund expires, and we won’t be able to process your request. Refund will be initiated to the source account within 15 days of receiving the product.

It is important to be aware that shipping charges are non-refundable.
